When will I receive my items?
Handling time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)
Parcel transit (smaller items): 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
Freight transit (large items like gazebos, pergolas & swing sets): 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Where is my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your order number on our Track Order page. Freight carriers will also contact you to schedule delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. Freight items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How are large items delivered?
Large items (gazebos, pergolas, some swing sets) ship via freight with curbside delivery. The carrier will call/text to arrange a delivery window. Please inspect the shipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Additional options like Shop Pay or PayPal may be available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging (all parts, manuals, and accessories). To start a return, contact us at support@jimfambiz.com. For freight returns, a pickup will be scheduled.
My order arrived damaged or with missing parts—what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange replacements or parts as quickly as possible.
Do products include installation?
Most items are shipped ready-to-assemble with instructions and hardware. We recommend two adults and basic tools for gazebos, pergolas, and swing sets. Professional installation is optional and not included unless stated on the product page.
Are trampolines and swing sets safe?
Our products are built to meet or exceed common U.S. safety standards (e.g., ASTM/CPSC). Always supervise children, follow the assembly guide, and anchor outdoor equipment securely.
What are the weight limits and dimensions?
Weight limits and full dimensions are listed on each product page under “Specifications.” If you’re unsure, contact us with your model name.
Will my gazebo/pergola withstand weather?
Frames are typically powder-coated steel or aluminum; canopies are weather-resistant and UV-treated. We recommend removing canopies in extreme weather and anchoring structures per the manual.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can modify or cancel an order before it ships. Once in transit, standard return procedures apply. Reach out ASAP with your order number.
Do I need a permit for a gazebo or pergola?
Local regulations vary. We recommend checking with your municipality or HOA prior to purchase and installation.
